Can Kuza recruit for Pakistani companies?
Yes. Recruitment is one of our core services for businesses operating in Pakistan.
Can Kuza manage payroll for an existing Pakistan team?
Yes. Kuza can provide payroll and HR management for existing teams, subject to the agreed scope.
What is the difference between Recruitment and Staff Augmentation?
Recruitment means Kuza finds and presents candidates and your company hires. Staff Augmentation means Kuza provides professionals to work within your team or projects while Kuza remains the employer under the applicable arrangement.
What is EOR?
An Employer of Record arrangement allows Kuza to serve as the local employer for employees working for your business in Pakistan while your company manages their day-to-day work.
Can Kuza recruit and then provide EOR?
Yes. Kuza can recruit candidates and then support the employment arrangement through EOR where selected.
Can employees access an HRMS?
Yes. Employees can use the HRMS for routine functions such as attendance, payslips and leave applications, subject to the available system features.
Can clients see employee information?
Yes. Clients have visibility into relevant workforce information through the HRMS, subject to the service arrangement and system permissions.
Does Kuza own the HRMS?
No. Kuza uses a third-party HRMS as part of its service delivery.
Can Kuza purchase laptops and other IT equipment?
Yes. Kuza can procure approved IT equipment and accessories according to client requirements and manage the agreed asset lifecycle.
Can Kuza recover equipment when an employee leaves?
Yes. Kuza can coordinate the recovery and return of company assets under the agreed IT asset management scope.
Can Kuza set up a Pakistan office?
Yes. Kuza can support complete office setup, WFH arrangements and coworking space sourcing and contract coordination.
Can Kuza manage operational expenses in Pakistan?
Yes. Kuza can manage agreed monthly operational expenses using client-provided funds for approved business requirements.
Can Kuza support international companies?
Yes. Kuza can support international companies hiring or building teams in Pakistan through recruitment, EOR, payroll, HRMS, IT, workplace and operational services.
